Information we store
We store account identity, business contact details, pricing settings, cleaning estimate answers, customer contact details, consent timestamps and enquiries. We also store customer addresses and tags, crew records, scheduled cleanings, checklists, invoice snapshots and manually recorded payment references. ChatGPT sign-in supplies account identity. Cleaning businesses control the customer information collected through their pages.
How information is used
We use information to operate the workspace, calculate estimates, deliver enquiries, support accounts, enforce limits and protect the service. Enquiries are saved so the selected cleaning business can respond. When configured, Resend sends an email notification to that business. Stripe processes ClearQuote subscriptions; ClearQuote does not collect or store card numbers. The reply assistant uses editable templates, not generative AI. It sends nothing automatically.
Access and service providers
Business owners and authorized editors can access the records for businesses they manage. Service providers process information as needed to operate the application: Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage, ChatGPT authentication, and Stripe or Resend when those integrations are enabled. Provider processing may occur outside Canada. We do not sell customer contact information or publish customer records for advertising.
Retention
Quotes become unusable after one hour but remain stored until cleanup. When scheduled maintenance is enabled and running, quotes older than 100 days and enquiries older than 365 days are deleted. If maintenance is not running, those records remain until cleanup is restored or deletion is handled. Customer, crew, job, invoice and payment records remain until an operator handles a deletion request, subject to necessary legal retention. Archiving hides a record from new work but does not erase it. Issued invoices preserve the customer details captured in the invoice.
Your choices
Business owners and authorized editors can export and delete enquiries. A cleaning customer should contact the cleaning business first about an enquiry or service record. You may also contact ClearQuote for help identifying the responsible business. We may verify identity and authority before releasing or deleting information. Account closure and broader deletion requests are handled through the privacy contact above.
Browser storage and security
Authentication uses the hosting platform’s sign-in mechanisms. The demo uses sample data held in the current tab. The application does not add advertising trackers. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Never place card numbers, alarm codes or home access codes in free-text fields. Report suspected unauthorized access through our support email.
